It is based on the popular Wilson Combat Tactical Elite model & is available in 45 ACP and 9 MM. The pistol is all stainless steel with an attractive & durable bead blast finish. The many upgrades & options include all bullet proof parts, serrations on the top & rear of the slide, gold bead front sight, rear battle sight, ambidextrous safety, Speed Chute, recessed frame with shortened slide stop, & a deep crowned barrel. The unique grips are made of G10 & are the same ones found on the fabulous RDP line. The flanged cone barrel truly dampens recoil & makes this pistol the best shooting gun Wilson Combat makes. This is the ultimate in the Wilson Combat line & is built only for Rankin Arms Company. The pistol is also available in Stainless Steel or High Polished bluing by Doug Turnbull. Thoughts on Shooting Instruction...
I believe in top quality instruction. It doesn’t matter if you’re learning to play tennis, piano, or want to become a Formula One driver, time spent with a knowledgeable instructor will pay dividends. In the case of shotgun shooting, you will learn faster, skip the bad habits most shooters develop, plus save time and money in the process. Practicing the same bad habits over & over is not only harmful but expensive as well.
I’ve spent lots of time with some great shooting instructors & learned valuable concepts from every one of them. I have taken the best ideas & methods from each & molded them into my own way of getting the point across. I truly enjoy being able to adapt to the student & the situation then provide solutions that work for them.
